The Kangaroo Mini PC – Is this the HTPC that can fit in your pocket?

There’s an interesting new device that we spotted on NewEgg today, which be make for an interesting device to use as a Mini HTPC. It’s the Kangaroo Desktop computer. It’s lowish powered desktop roughly the size of a smartphone. While the sepcs aren’t going to be blowing anyone’s doors off it should have the power to run Kodi and a series of other applications reasonably well. It comes with Windows 10 natively installed although you should be be able to install your Linux distro of choice on it as well.

The included docking system includes inputs for HDMI and and two USB ports. At $99 it doesn’t look like a bad piece of kit for thos elooking for a portable Kodi device with more oomph and flexibility than a Fire Stick. It also has more than enough power to double as an excellent Steam Streaming Endpoint.
