HOW TO ADD THE NEW SUPER MARIO SKIN FOR KODI

It’s finally here guys, the skin that we have been waiting weeks for. It’s @xEditZ custom Super Mario skin! I have been testing it for the past hour or so and must say guys, it’s impressive. If you didn’t get a chance to read my pre release article on the skin then make sure you check it out right here.

Seriously can not stress the level of detail which has gone into this skin, down to the fine details such as custom media icons. @xEditZ has put some serious work in here and has done an exceptional job, a credit to the Kodi Community.

Right, enough of all that you want to know how to install it!

STEP 1 – First things first, you’re going to need to download the skin. You can grab the Mario Kodi skin right here. Download the zip file and save it on your desktop for easy access in a few minutes.

STEP 2 – Right now boot up your Kodi box and scroll to SYSTEM, click enter.

STEP 5 – Now locate the folder where you saved the zip file from step 1. In this case it was saved on my desktop so I would click into the DESKTOP folder.

STEP 6 – Locate the zip file for the Mario skin, skin.nox.mario.zip and click enter to enable.

You will then get another notification asking if you would like to keep this change, click yes!

NOTE…

One thing you will probably need to do depending on your set up is change the skin settings to display 3 rather than 5 on the menu bar otherwise the navigation bar will not line up correctly with the Mario configuration.

To do this all you need to do is..

Click on APPEARANCE

Click on SKIN

Now click on SETTINGS

Go to HOME WINDOW

Scroll down to AEON NOX MAIN MENU LAYOUT and change it from 5 to 3.

Once again hats off to the man behind all the detail, @xEditZ who’s put in some serious hours in developing this skin for us all to enjoy. Great work, looking forward to see your next project.
